I am currently studying the kinetics of hydrogen absorption in magnesium powders. Using the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami relation to analyze hydrogenation curves, we are able to study the formation mechanism of magnesium hydride. Future research will focus on modeling the nucleation and growth mechanisms in magnesium hydride powders.
